From synthesis
to sealed dispatch.
Four stages, one traceable chain. Every I.G Apex Labs order moves through the same deterministic flow — from the moment it is encrypted to the moment it is sealed and shipped cold-chain.
Order Encrypted
Your order arrives over TLS 1.3 and is immediately tokenized. Payment credentials are handled by the processor and never touch our infrastructure; the order itself is keyed to a one-time identifier so it can be tracked without exposing you. There is no account, no stored profile, and no long-lived customer record — the token IS the order.
Batch Assigned
The tokenized order is matched to the next available cleared batch of each requested compound. The batch ID, its synthesis date, and its raw-material lot are locked to your order at this stage — so the vial you receive can be traced back through every step of its life, from source peptide sequence to the moment it was sealed.
Verification
Before any assigned vial is packed, its batch's HPLC chromatogram, mass-spec identity, and third-party COA are re-checked against the batch ID on your order. Any mismatch — even a clerical one — pulls the vial from the queue and returns it to the verification lane. Only fully cross-signed batches proceed to dispatch.
Sealed and Shipped
The vial is sealed under controlled atmosphere, loaded into an insulated parcel with an in-transit temperature logger, and dispatched cold-chain to your institutional research address within 72 hours of verification. The signed COA travels in the parcel; a hashed copy remains in the ten-year archive under its batch ID.
Every compound. Every batch. One signature standard.
